General Admission (GA): The Closest You Can Get

Price range: from $350

GA is the standing-only section directly in front of the stage. If being as close as physically possible to the Backstreet Boys is your priority, this is where you need to be.

The good: You're on the floor. You can reach the stage. When they're performing, they're right there. No seats, no barriers—just you and the band.

The bad: You're under the dome. The massive display that makes Sphere famous wraps above and behind you. From GA, you'll see maybe 30% of the full dome visuals. The rest requires looking up and turning around. You're also standing the entire show, so factor that in.

The trade-off: You trade the full visual experience for proximity. If you want to see the dome show, GA is not for you. If you want to be close enough to see sweat, GA delivers.

Where to stand in GA: Center-front is obviously best, but you'll need to arrive early to claim that spot. The sound is best in the middle of the GA section, not right at the rail.

100-Level: Sections 101-112

Price range: from $300

The good: You're close to the stage. You'll see facial expressions, sweat, the works.

The bad: You're under the dome. The main visual element of the venue wraps above and around you. The closer you are to the stage, the harder it is to see the full dome display without craning your neck.

The specifics:

  • Rows 1-8: Maximum proximity, minimum dome visibility. You'll see the band clearly but miss the overhead show.
  • Rows 9-15: Starting to catch more of the dome, but still looking up.
  • Rows 16-28: Overhang from 200-level blocks part of the dome. Avoid.

Best 100-level sections: 105-108 (center) if you must be close.

200-Level: Sections 201-212

Price range: from $400

This is the sweet spot. The venue was designed for this level.

Sections 201-206 (center):

  • Rows 5-15: Perfect. Full dome view without craning your neck, haptic seats, ideal angle for flying stage.
  • Rows 1-4: A bit low. Dome starts to loom overhead.
  • Rows 16-22: Still good, slightly further from stage.

Sections 207-212 (sides):

  • Still good but dome starts to wrap. You'll see the full display but at an angle.
  • Rows 5-15 recommended.

Haptic seats: All 200-level sections have seat vibration.

300-Level: Sections 301-314

Price range: from $450

The budget option that still delivers the dome experience—but only in specific sections.

Section 306 (the crown jewel):

  • Center view, haptic seats, best upper-level experience for dome visibility.
  • Rows 5-15 only. Below 5 is too low for full dome effect.

Sections 307, 308:

  • Slightly off-center but still good dome view. Haptic seats.
  • Rows 5-15.

Sections 305, 309:

  • Further to sides. Dome visible but angled. No haptic seats (305) or partial haptic (309).
  • Rows 5-15.

Sections 302-304, 310:

  • Sides. Dome visible but distorted. Sound thinner.
  • Rows 5-15 if you must.

Sections 301, 313, 314:

  • Far sides. Dome warps significantly. Not recommended.

Haptic seats in 300-level: Confirmed in sections 306, 307, 308, 309.

400-Level: Sections 401-414

Price range: from $310

The 400-level is the top tier of the venue. For many fans, it's the hidden gem for experiencing the full dome display.

The View Up Here: From the 400-level, you get a commanding panoramic view of the entire dome. You see the full scope of the overhead production without craning your neck. When the stage lifts, you watch the Backstreet Boys ascend from a stunning overhead perspective.

The Trade-off: Sound is noticeably different up top. The mix is thinner in the 400-level compared to lower sections. You'll hear everything clearly, but you lose some of the chest-thumping bass that floor and 100-level seats get.

The Sections to Target:

  • Sections 405-409 (center): Your best bet. These sections are directly centered and offer the most immersive dome view. Some fans actually prefer the 400-level center over lower sections for the full "postcard" view of the production.
  • Rows 5-15: Same rule applies. Below row 5 and you're too close to the railing; above row 15 and you start feeling distant.

The Sections to Avoid:

  • 401, 402, 413, 414: Far sides. The dome display distorts significantly from these angles. You'll see the image stretched and warped.

Price Reality: 400-level tickets are consistently the most affordable in the house. You can often get center sections for what side sections cost in the 300-level.

Seats to Avoid

  • 301, 302, 313, 314: Dome distortion, poor sound. Not worth any price.
  • 401, 402, 413, 414: Same issue at the top level. Too far side for dome visibility.
  • 100-level rows 16-28: Overhang blocks upper portion of dome. You'll miss part of the show.
  • 300-level rows 1-4: Too low. Railing blocks view, dome perspective wrong.
  • 400-level rows 1-4: Same problem. Too low for the full dome effect.
  • Any ticket marked "obstructed view": Sphere doesn't do minor obstructions.
