Most certainly this is a hotel walking distance to Disney Spring, in fact it's about a 10 minute walk and you only have to cross a single street, so it's an easy walk at that! If you don't feel like walking, just hop on the free hotel shuttle with stops at the Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center and Typhoon Lagoon. The hotel and offers continuous shuttle service to all Disney parks so no issue with feeling lazy on your Disney vacation!

The great thing about this hotel is that it's got two heated pools and an aquatic playground so if you like h2o activities you'll love this place! A sand volleyball court and basketball courts are available as is a video game room. If you want a hotel that's near Disney Springs, this might be a good choice: Disney Springs is opposite the hotel, and there's scheduled daily shuttle service to the four Walt Disney World theme parks to boot. Walking to Disney Spring from this hotel will take you no more than 10 minutes, it's that easy. For those will a large family or group, we'd recommend checking out the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The Holiday Inn only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs, so it's easy to go back and forth from the park. Forget your sunglasses? No problem. Kids need to use the bathroom but refuse to use a public one? No issues, just walk on back to the Holiday Inn...it'll take 10 minutes. Speaking of kids: children under 11-years-old eat free at the Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs! How about them apples!? Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Springs is an official hotel of Walt Disney World which means you'll get magic hour access to all Disney parks 30 minutes prior to the offical opening time! At B Resort and Spa Disney Springs you're only a 12-minute walk from Disney Springs. Some of the hotel rooms have a view of the Disney fireworks, we'd recommend staying in one of those, it makes a difference. We especially love the Deluxe King Suite which is 436 square feet has a nice seating area separate from the bedroom with a pull out sofa bed. Check rates here
Of all the hotels we've mentioned so far, The Drury Plaza Hotel is the one that's the furthest from Disney Springs--it's about a 20-minute walk. For some folks, that's just not a big deal, in fact, it's kind of nice if you're the kind of person who like a good ramble. For others, a 20-minute walk to Disney Springs is the equivalent of a mild form of torture. So, yes this hotel is walking distance to Disney Springs, but depending on your needs, it may or may not work for you.
A nice bonus to staying at Drury Plaza hotel are all the free things guests get which includes, free wifi, free hot breakfast, free evening snacks and cold beverages--all this without a resort fee. The evening snacks, also called 5:30 Kickback is especially fun. It's a rotating menu of fresh, hot dinnertime snacks with adult beverages such as beer, wine, mixed drinks and soft drinks, all at no extra cost!
We love the King Suite with Sofa Bed room type. It's got awesome views of nightly area fireworks and is a good, comfy size at 400 square feet. Separated living room and bedroom means you can have some privacy from the kids or others in your group. Check rates here
Located about a mile from Disney Springs, AC Hotel by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista is still within walking distance--the walk would be about 20 minutes, and the benefit to the slight extra walk time is you'll save some cash on your hotel stay. Check rates here
Luckily, pretty much all the hotels we wrote about in this post have free shuttle to Disney Springs and all the Disney World theme parks. But, the thing is you liklely won't use them as the walk to Disney Springs is so quick that waiting for a shuttle will seem like a boring waste of time.
