Aliante
Aliante is a new community nestled among the majestic landscape where the desert meets the foothills in North Las Vegas.
Aliante offers residents quality design, amenities, architecture and master
planned living. It is the first true master planned community in this part of
the valley and rivals all other master planned communities in the greater Las
Vegas area. Aliante features more than 40,000 home sites, comprising some of

out the variety of leisure time activity options.
Of course, in addition to all the outdoor fun, Aliante provides shopping, dining
and entertainment venues within the community. Centennial Center, located at
I-215 and I-95, is a 900,000 square foot retail center that includes a Wal-Mart
Super Center, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Circuit City, Hallmark, Office Max, Ross
Dress For Less, Famous Footwear, Lane Bryant, Dress Barn, Payless Shoe Source,
Sally's Beauty Supply, Centennial Salon and Day Spa, Michael's Arts and Crafts
and Petco, as well as a number of other specialty shops, restaurants, fast food
outlets and an auto mall.
Outside of Aliante, the Las Vegas Speedway is nearby and is easily accessed via
the beltway. Also nearby are the Texas Station which has movie theaters along
with the Sante Fe Hotel & Casino which also offers ice skating.
