Springsational Heritage Parade and Festival time is upon us again. This fun-filled day offers a chance to participate or just watch, with numerous activities that the whole family will enjoy.

The day kicks off with a classic car show,just right for young boys who are discovering their fascination with engines and motors and cool, shiny stuff in general.

A pancake breakfast offers a great breakfast treat that kids of all ages are sure to indulge in and fill their energy tanks.

Of course there’s a parade, starting at noon and winding through downtown, and every kid loves a parade.

Save up some room for some chili too, because the chili cook-off is a main feature of this entertaining day.

Something a little different from many festivals is the presentation of awards. That’s right, there are prizes involved for the parade and of course the chili cook off and the classic car show, too.

So not only will you get to see a bunch of fun stuff and eat some great food, you’ll get to see who wins the day and becomes part of the town’s history. Now how much fun is that?
