The centerpiece of City Center, the Aria was completed 12-16-2009. The Aria is conveniently located just north of the Monte Carlo and just south of the Bellagio. Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino is located directly across the street. The City Center Choo Choo connects the Aria with the Monte Carlo and the Bellagio, making for easy access for parents to take their children to view the famous Fountains at the Bellagio. This water performance can be seen from the street and can be seen every 15 minutes. Children and their parents will be awed by this choreographed spectacle, set to music and lights illuminated on a nine acre lake.
The Aria is a single, 61 story tower, overlooking the entire City Center complex and the surrounding Las Vegas Strip. It's glass and steel design, jutting out in all directions, provides a wing-like appearance, earning the Aria tremendous acclaim in the architectural world. This unique design provides each guest room with its own corner, floor-to-ceiling window. The entrance to the hotel welcomes visitors with its 250' long x 24' high waterfall named Focus. Focus provides a colorful display of aquatic generated arcs and twists.
Thick palm groves surround the 215,000 square foot pool deck of the Aria. Three tear-drop shaped pools provide the setting for Aria's 50 cabanas for fun in the sun. Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
Seating for 1,800 is available in the theater of the Aria. The theater is home of the world renown Cirque del Soleil show along with Viva Elvis. While waiting for show time, guests can enjoy the 150,000 square feet of gaming set in a mysterious, dramatic atmosphere. A personal and intimate surrounding engulfs the immense variety of slot machines and gaming tables available for those who wish to try their luck. Guests can partake of various cuisines in Aria's thirteen restaurants and seven bars.
The Aria has 4004 guest rooms ranging from Deluxe rooms to Suites to the high end Sky Suites. Each guest room provides spectacular panoramic views of the city or the mountains. Guest rooms are fully automated with touch screen panels located at bedside. Guests can control everything within the room including lights, TV, music, window shades, drapes and temperature. Once the guest has set their profile, it is locked in and the room is customized providing the ability to have your room set to your preference before your arrival on a return visit. The guest room automation is eco-friendly, cost effective, and energy efficient. Cribs and infant beds are available. The Aria does not offer reduced fees for children but the third person in the room is $35.00.

The Aria has an arcade for children located on the 2nd floor Promenade level. The Sweet Chill Ice Cream Parlor is located near the arcade serving up many smiles on a child's face when trying to decide on which gourmet ice cream to choose. And don't forget the cherry on top. The Aria's location makes it easy and simple to travel to many activities available for families and children on the Las Vegas Strip. A short walk south on the strip will take families to New York New York where the entire family can enjoy the Manhattan Express Roller Coaster. Cross the street and parents can take their children back to medieval times visiting the Excalibur Hotel and Casino. The Marjorie Barrick Museum is only a short two miles away from the Aria. The thrilling Las Vegas Motor Speedway is less than 15 miles. The Aria is ideal many nearby family activities.
