Green Valley High School is a great source of education, sports and after school activities for children in Henderson. Students are pushed to their fullest potential while learning about responsibility and leadership and developing good character.

If your child is interested in politics, why not help them run for a seat on the student council? If theater arts and music are more their style, choir, band, orchestra and drama are all available. For future journalists there is a newspaper and yearbook to jump start your career. There is also a wide arrange of specialty clubs including the science fiction, chess, classic rock, mock trial and much, much more!

All this is made possible in hopes of building character, providing a future and paving a way into college. At the school, students can go to the college and career center for information and help on how to prepare for the next step. The counselors at the center will even meet with parents. This is a great way to get prepared for school visits and college interviews.
