Just grab your pole and head down to the lake. But be ready, the Rainbow Trout and Catfish are eager to give you a bite.

And although you can’t swim in the lake, there is an pool available for your enjoyment.

For kids who are not ready for the deep end, you can still have a great time in the wading pool. Back on land, there is much to keep you busy. Pack a lunch and head to one of the park’s many picnic areas or grab a seat under a nice shade tree. The park is also perfect for a good ‘ol fashioned family BBQ.

Remember to grab your basketball, volleyball, tennis balls or baseball and head out to the designated areas for a friendly game. You can even bring your pet.

And it doesn’t stop there. Be sure to check your local calendars for special events being held at the park. Many festivals including the Ren Fair are held here. This fair will send you back in history, to a time of chivalry and sword fights. A fun time is sure to be had by all.
