TSUNAMI ASIAN GRILL
Affordably priced, the menu includes appetizers such as Sake Steamed Mussels and salads like the Blackened Ahi Tataki flash-seared with red chili seasoning. Just as interesting as the dishes, however, is the unique way in which they're prepared. For your entrée, consider their smoked
oolong duck, slow-roasted with black tea leaves and seasoned with star anise scallions, fresh ginger and a five-spice chili plum sauce. You'll also find a host of noodle and rice dishes available along with Las Vegas' best traditional Sushi, Makimono and Nigiri. A variety of wines, beer and specialty infusion cocktails are offered as well as an extensive
