FEAST AROUND THE WORLD
The Feast Around The World Buffet offers a large variety of foods for all
tastes. Our Latin station has a made to order fajita station and specialty
chilies and salsa bar. Our Italian station has delicious pastas and other
Italian dishes, or enjoy our famous deep pit BBQ with a carving station. This is
just a "taste" of what the Feast Around The World Buffet has to offer.

OYSTER BAR
The Lunch menu features both Manhattan and New England Clam Chowders, delicious
House Roasts and Gumbos, Great Salads, and Sandwiches that include grilled
chicken, shrimp salad and tuna salad. Lunch prices range from $4.00- $8.00.
The Dinner menu features a selection from the Bayou to the Gulf, great pan
roasts featuring oysters, shrimp, crab or lobster. Also, we have Linguini with
clams, New Orleans Bouillabaisse, Shrimp Scampi, Etoufee and a selection of
authentic New Orleans Gumbos (shrimp, lobster, and chicken).

To create a warm, friendly, comfortable upscale dining experience in a
Steakhouse that is different than any other both in service and flavor profiles.
To maintain the ability to form "one on one" relationships with our guests,
which allows us to accommodate all of their special requests.
Executive Chef, Frank Grill and his team at Austins Steakhouse take extreme
pride in preparing every dish to perfection. Using only USDA Graded Prime Meat
that is Dry Aged 21 days, hand cut on premesis, marinated in our own special
marinate, and Mesquite Charcoal broiled, creates a unique flavor profile that is
unmatched!
