BLACKSTONE'S STEAKHOUSE
While the restaurant may be named for magician Harry Blackstone, the real magic in this restaurant is performed by Chef Brian Howser and his expert staff.

One of the premier restaurants in town, Blackstone's offers mesquite grilled steaks that are aged to perfection and plenty of fresh seafood appetizers and entrees.

The leaded glass windows, gilt-framed posters and bevel-edged mirrors create an intimate and inviting atmosphere for an evening of fine dining.

Open daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

BUFFET
The Buffet features a range of fresh American and international dishes prepared in an exhibition-style kitchen. Choose from our freshly carved turkey or beef, and delight in a wonderful salad bar and delicious desserts.

MONTE CARLO PUB & BREWERY
Records of ancient civilizations indicate beer making has been a tradition for 6,000 years. Today, the tradition continues at the Monte Carlo Pub & Brewery, one of the largest brewpubs in the nation and the first to be located in a mega-resort on the Las Vegas Strip.

Six different styles of Monte Carlo-labeled beer are produced regularly, including Las Vegas Lites, Winner's Wheat, High Roller Red, Silver State Stout, Jackpot Pale and Brewmaster Special. The menu at the Pub & Brewery compliments the selection of beers. Items include a vast
selection of appetizers, freshly baked brick-oven pizzas, gourmet wraps and a full line of salads and sandwiches.
