BINION'S RANCH STEAKHOUSE
Binion's Ranch Steak House is a penthouse restaurant that offers breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline at night. A World Class restaurant widely known for its outstanding offerings, such as fine steaks and succulent prime rib. We offer romantic lighting, plush Victorian décor, friendly attentive service and an unparalleled 24th floor Vegas Valley panorama. The 24th story eatery is best reached by taking the glass elevator suspended on the outside of the hotel tower. The Steakhouse is open nightly from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Reservations for parties of six or less can be made at the Slot Club. For larger parties, contact the Steakhouse after 4:00pm.

GEE JOONS
We start with only supreme ingredients; we prepare the freshest and most tantalizing Szechwan and Cantonese dishes. Always a good fortune at Gee Joon, a name that literally means 'supreme'. Gee Joon's restaurant is on the 2nd floor at the top of the escalator on the West Side of the casino. Reservations can be made at the Slot Club. The hours of operation are from 5 P.M. to 10:30 P.M., seven nights a week.

Quick, delicious refreshments are available in both 24-hour snack bars.
The New York Style Deli serves the best fresh sliced meat available from the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday - Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
