Asia is open Friday through Tuesday from 5:30 p.m.

Although not required, reservations are recommended and may be made by calling 1-800-392-9002 ext. 5084. The dress code is upscale casual and prices begin in the middle teens.

CAFE ANDREOTTI
For the old-world charm and cuisine of Italy, journey to Café Andreotti for an innovative selection of daily specials, including all your Italian favorites, scrumptious appetizers, delectable desserts, and wines by the glass.

Your search for outstanding Italian cuisine ends at Café Andreotti, where you´ll find traditional favorites along with an ever-changing lineup of new items.

Plan to enjoy such taste-tempting treats as veal parmesan, shrimp scampi, chicken piccata, fettucine alfredo and ravioli di pollo, which is chicken-stuffed ravioli.

As if delectable cuisine weren´t enough, dining in the enchanting atmosphere of Café Andreotti is a treat in itself. Vivid, life-like murals beckon from every angle, creating the feel of an Italian market within the Tuscan hills. The restaurant also contains a more formal section.

Café Andreotti is open Wednesday through Sunday from 5:30 p.m.

FRESH MARKET BUFFET
The Fresh Market Square Buffet offers a wide variety of delicious menu items throughout the day. The buffet features fresh food prepared at individual cooking stations, such as Asian, Italian, Mexican and seafood. You may feast on everything from fresh shrimp and crab legs to Belgian waffles. Selected dishes, such as omelettes, are cooked to order.

Breakfast
The Fresh Market Square Buffet is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast is priced at $10.99 for adults and $6.99 for children to age 10.

Lunch
Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is priced at $11.99 for adults and $7.99 for children to age 10.

Dinner
Dinner is served daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. It is priced at $16.99 for adults and $10.99 for children to age 10.

Weekend Champagne Brunch
A lavish champagne brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is priced at $16.99 for adults and $10.99 for children to age 10.

THE GARDEN CAFE
The Garden Cafe offers guests a flavorful variety of dishes 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Breakfast items range from the lighter fare of fresh fruit or yogurt to heartier items such as a garden fresh vegetable omelette or banana streusel pancakes. For lunch, diners may enjoy the Chinese sesame chicken salad, the albacore tuna salad croissant or a juicy burger, cooked to order. Evening specialties at the Garden Cafe are tailored to tempt all taste buds. Selections include the island-style teriyaki chicken, sizzling fajitas, slow-roasted prime rib or seafood fettucine.

Most entrées at the Garden Cafe are priced under $10.

THE RANGE STEAKHOUSE
You´ll be treated to an outstanding dining experience at The Range Steakhouse. Succulent steaks, prime rib, seafood and poultry entrees are presented in an intimate setting that boasts a spectacular view of the famed Las Vegas "Strip."

Grilled-to-order steaks come in all sizes at The Range Steakhouse, from the 8-ounce filet to the 24-ounce porterhouse. The slow-roasted prime rib, with natural au jus and fresh horseradish, is served in a 12 or 16-ounce cut.

The Range also presents delicious seafood items, such as grilled Atlantic salmon fillets, swordfish steaks, giant shrimp scampi, twin lobster tails and Alaskan king crab legs, which are available as an entrée (a full pound) or a side order (a half pound). In fact, guests may order any seafood item as a side to a steak entrée, and create a surf and turf meal of their own design. Other mouth-watering entrée include free-range grilled chicken, blackened rib-eye chops or the double-cut pork loin chops.

The Range Steakhouse is open nightly from 5:30 p.m.

The Range Steakhouse Lounge offers live entertainment Fri & Sat from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. Guests may enjoy cocktails and premium wines, appetizers and specialty coffees.

Winning Streaks Sports Bar
