MICHAEL'S
Award-winning Michael's gourmet restaurant is a culinary masterpiece. Las Vegas
visitors and residents alike know that Michael's Victorian-style gourmet room is
one of the finest restaurants in all of Las Vegas. For over 20 years, this
intimate, 50-seat gourmet room has earned accolades galore. Its many prestigious
honors awarded by the country's premier restaurant reviewers and dining surveys
attest to its excellence not only in menu but also in service and style.
Exquisitely furnished in rich red velvet and deep mahogany, Michael's features a
40-panel stained glass domed ceiling, an elaborate crystal chandelier and
imported Italian marble flooring. Oversized wingback chairs, etched class
mirrors and Victorian lace tablecloths complete the exquisite décor.
Michael's expert, attentive staff meticulously caters to every guest, setting
the stage for an unforgettable evening of fine dining. Items on the superb menu
are equally diverse and delicious!
For starters, guests may choose from a variety of appetizer delicacies including
Baked Escargot, Sautéed Fresh Mushrooms ala Crème or Coquille St. Jacques, plus
homemade soups and freshly tossed salads.
All of Michael's entrees are Epicurean delights! Signature dishes include its
Rack of Lamb or Chateaubriand Bouquetierre, Imported Fresh Dover Sole, Fresh Sea
Bass and the Veal Chop, Sautéed Florentine.
When dining at Michael's, it's a must to save room for delicious desserts - such
as Bananas Foster, Cherries Jubilee and Crepes Suzette, or the room's famous
chocolate-dipped fruits. An after-dinner specialty drink serves as the perfect
ending to a long remembered dining adventure.
Michael's awards have included being named one of the Top 5 Restaurants in Las
Vegas by the 2001 Zagat Survey. It received the 2001 Four-Diamond Award for
Exceptional Cuisine, Excellent Service, and Elegant Dining Atmosphere from the

Michael's is open seven days a week, from 6 p.m. until Midnight. To allow diners
ample time to enjoy their dinners without any hurry whatsoever, two separate
seatings are available; at 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. Reservations are necessary.
VICTORIAN ROOM
The elegantly appointed Victorian Room is much more than a conventional 24-hour
hotel coffee shop. Instead, this popular dining destination is as famous for its
diverse menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner specialties and delicious Chinese
cuisine as it is for its fast and friendly service.
From full-course meals for king-sized appetites to a savory snack to a heaping
sandwich or freshly prepared salad, the Victorian Room is a one-stop restaurant
to suit everyone's appetite.
In addition to its complete menus, hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner
specialties are daily features. The restaurant is also home to some of the most
value-conscious culinary treasures in Las Vegas such as its popular steak and
grilled shrimp combo.
And if you're watching your weight and waistline, the Victorian Room's extensive
luncheon menu also includes delectable low-calorie items designed to fill you up
- not out!
The Victorian Room's Chinese cuisine is prepared exclusively by Chinese chefs.
It serves Chinese luncheon specialties from noon to 5 p.m. and includes a full
menu of appetizers, soups, entrees, rice side dishes and combination platters.
The equally delicious dinner menu offers even more selections and features many
unique items such as "Birds Nest," a mixture of seafood, chicken and pork,
sautéed with vegetables and served in a Chinese potato nest.
The Victorian Room is open seven days a week, 24-hours a day.
DRAI'S
A gourmet dining experience at the Barbary Coast awaits those who experience
Drai's On The Strip, a restaurant that opened with acclaim in 1997. Drai's On
The Strip is the third restaurant owned by former movie producer Victor Drai who
first opened his trendy West Hollywood dining room in 1993, followed three years
later by a bistro version in Beverly Hills.
Four separate dining rooms, plus a separate private dining room can accommodate
individual diners or private parties. Drai's comfortable and cozy
"living-room-style" lounge features live entertainment on Thursday, Friday and
Saturday nights. The restaurant's signature dishes include Seven-Hour Leg of
Lamb, Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and all of its Black Angus beef and free-range
chicken entrees. Dessert musts are Drai's famous Hot Chocolate Soufflé and
home-baked cookies. A full menu of fine wines and champagnes easily pleases the
most discerning diner.
Drai's was named One of the Top 5 Las Vegas Restaurants in the 2001 Zagat
Survey. Gourmet Magazine has named it the Most Romantic Restaurant, while the
Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association voted it the Best Continental
