Just south of Mandalay Bay you’ll find what seems like a place that seems like a copy and pasted job out of Southern California and unlike most Las Vegas tourist areas there are no slot machines, table games, or pit bosses.
Town Square is a huge outdoor retail facility with over 1.5 million square-feet of shopping, dining, movies and entertainment -- including a rather large outdoor playground for the little ones: your babies and toddlers will have a blast in the playground. Town Square features quite a few free kids events through out the year and most weekends offers live music in a grassy (fake plastic grass...it is a desert after all) park area located next to the playground.
Another children’s jackpot at Town Square is the enormous movie theater complex which is home to, well, many of movies!
