Are kids allowed in the Silverton Casino and Lodge?
Yes, children are indeed allowed in The Silverton, however, Nevada State Law prohibits minors (those under 21 years of age) to loiter in the casino. Specifically, children cannot hang around gaming areas--even if accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21 years old. They may, however, walk through the casino en route to another part of the hotel, but again, while accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21 years of age. Parents and/or guardians may not gamble with minors (children) sitting or standing next to them at any time. This includes quickly dropping a coin or two in a machine while walking with a child. Lastly, children may not touch the gaming devices including slot machines and table games.
